Adding, Editing, and Obsoleting Billing Type
Add Transaction Billing Type
Steps to add a transaction billing type to an organization
- Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
- Click the
next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
- Click on the Add New Transaction Billing Type link.
- Select the Billing Type from the drop-down list in the Add New Transaction Billing Type dialog box.
- Click one of the following:
- Save to save the information and close the window.
- Cancel to disregard any changes and close the window.
Edit Transaction Billing Type
Steps to edit a transaction billing type associated with an organization
- Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
- Click the
next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
- Click Edit next to the Billing Type you wish to edit.
- Modify the relevant information in the Edit Transaction Billing Type dialog box.
- Click one of the following:
- Save to save the information and close the window.
- Cancel to disregard any changes and close the window.
Obsolete Transaction Billing Type
Steps to edit a transaction billing type associated with an organization
- Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
- Click the
next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
- Click Edit next to the Billing Type you wish to obsolete.
- Select the Obsolete check box.
- When you are finished, click one of the following:
- Save to save the information and close the window.
- Cancel to disregard any changes and close the window.
