Add Transaction Billing Type

Steps to add a transaction billing type to an organization
  1. Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
  2. Click the next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
  3. Click on the Add New Transaction Billing Type link.
  4. Select the Billing Type from the drop-down list in the Add New Transaction Billing Type dialog box.
  5. Click one of the following:

Edit Transaction Billing Type

Steps to edit a transaction billing type associated with an organization
  1. Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
  2. Click the next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
  3. Click Edit next to the Billing Type you wish to edit.
  4. Modify the relevant information in the Edit Transaction Billing Type dialog box.
  5. Click one of the following:

Obsolete Transaction Billing Type

Steps to edit a transaction billing type associated with an organization
  1. Click on the Manage Billing Accounts link in the Actions of the Accounting tab.
  2. Click the next to the appropriate organization in the Map Billing Types tab.
  3. Click Edit next to the Billing Type you wish to obsolete.
  4. Select the Obsolete check box.
  5. When you are finished, click one of the following:
