TipThe Master tab is divided into the following sections:
Tip
To view the Master tab, click the Master link.
The Identification link lets you modify the details of the warranty claim.
1. Search and view the warranty claim.
2. In the Identification section of the Master tab, click the Edit Identification link.
3. In the Edit Warranty Claim dialog box, make the required changes.
4. Click one of the following:
o Save to save the information and close the dialog box.
o Cancel to disregard any changes and close the dialog box.
The Repair List section lets you select the repairs that are eligible for the current warranty claim.
1. Search and view the warranty claim.
2. In the Repair List section of the Master tab, click the Add New Repair for Claim link.
The repairs eligible for this warranty claim is displayed.
3. Select the repairs for which you want to process the warranty claim.
4. Click one of the following:
o Save to save the information and close the dialog box.
o Cancel to disregard any changes and close the dialog box.
The status of the selected repair is updated as complete in the Repair List section.
Note: To remove the selected repair, click the check box, and then click the Remove Selected link.
