The Appointment tab displays the existing appointments for the asset and lets you create, edit or confirm your appointment in a fleet maintenance shop to perform a service or repair on your asset. Based on the resource availability, the fleet personnel confirm the appointment or proposes another date/ time for appointment. On a mutually agreed date/ time, the appointment is confirmed by you or the fleet personnel, as applicable. Email notification is sent to asset contacts and persons for whom the notification is set in the Setup when you or the FASTER Web user creates, edits, cancels or confirms an appointment. From the Appointments for Assets page, you can manage your appointments with the fleet maintenance shop.
Note: As a prerequisite to use the Appointment tab, the following permissions/ configurations must be assigned to you from the Setup module of FASTER Web: · Maintenance module permissions:
