The Attachment tab has the following views:
· Grid View
· Thumbnail View
The grid view lists all the attached files in a table format. If you are currently in the thumbnail view, you can switch to the grid view by clicking the Switch to Grid View link.
The grid view offers a Group By list that provides the option to group the attachments listed in the grid. The available Group By options include the following:
· Posted By
· A-Z - Groups attachments in the following order:
o File descriptions beginning with A-G
o File descriptions beginning with H-M
o File Descriptions beginning with N-S
o File Descriptions beginning with T-Z
o Files without a description, numbers, and special characters grouped under miscellaneous category
· Date
· None
Note: The attachments listed in the grid view can be sorted by clicking the heading of each column. Columns can be rearranged in any order by dragging the column to the desired location.
The thumbnail view provides an image viewer with a row of thumbnails of all the attachments at the bottom, which can be browsed by clicking the left or the right arrows. With the thumbnail view selected, you can see a larger preview of the attachment. You can switch to the grid view by clicking the Switch to Grid View link.
