The Reserve action link lets you reserve the quantity of an item requested by the technician.
1. Search and view the item request.
2. Click the Reserve link in an item request.
The item is reserved with a single click if the items' Available Qty is more than or same as the Requested Qty. The status of the item request is changed to Reserved, and a message is sent to notify the technician that their item is ready for pick-up.
Note: If available quantity is less than requested quantity, then the Reserve an Item dialog box is opened to confirm if you want to reserve the available quantity.
