·      In Dashboard > Settings, for Asset Availability KPI, two new list boxes named Departments and Class are added on its Edit KPI window. Based on your selection, Department or Class from the Chart Category drop-down list, the respective list box is displayed.

·      In Dashboard > Settings, for PM Compliance KPI, a new list box named Department is added on its Edit KPI window.

·      In Dashboard > Settings, for Vendor Compliance KPI, a new list box named Vendor is added on its Edit KPI window.

·      The drill-down for Vendor Compliance, now displays a grid showing Order Number and Outstanding Days. Order Number is linked to the respective outstanding order. The data displayed is sorted in descending order of Outstanding Days.

·      For Default view, the dashboard now displays charts in a two-column layout. The dashboards also have increased chart size and display text clearly.

·      In Show All Charts, you can now view charts loading one after the other. Sequential loading ensures the first chart is readable while the others are loading.

·      When changing from one view to another, a chart is not loaded again, if it was loaded in a previous view.

In the Parts tab of Work Orders page and Direct charges page, following functionality are added.

• In the Parts List grid, a drop-down list and two new columns Returned to Vendor and Returned to Inventory are added.

• The drop-down list includes the following options:

• View Issues – displays the items that are issued. The total issued quantity is displayed in the Quantity column. This is the default selection when you open the Parts List grid.

• View Returns – displays the items that are returned either to Vendor or Inventory or to Both. The quantity of returned items is displayed in the Returned to Vendor and Returned to Inventory columns.

• View All – displays all the items that are issued and returned.

Following changes are made in Setup > Asset > Fields > SA > Add New Item:

•  A new section, Map Repair Component is added in the Add Picklist Value window. The section consists of two radio buttons, Add New Component and Select Existing Component.

• Add New Component:

• By default, Add New Component is selected.

• Two fields, Component and Component Description are available for this option. Both the fields are mandatory.

• Component with existing code or description is not allowed.

• Select Existing Component:

• Upon selecting this option, a drop-down list, Select Component is shown.

• The list populates available components. The component which is already mapped with an SA or is obsoleted is not loaded in Select Component.

Following changes are made in Setup > Asset > Fields > SA> Edit > Edit Picklist Window.  

• The component is visible while editing an SA.

• You cannot update an SA-Component mapping while editing an SA.

• If the SA is obsoleted, the Repair Component remains active.

• To obsolete a Repair Component associated with an active SA, you must obsolete the SA first.
