· Authentication Provider Integration
This add-on integration provides authentication options for FASTER Web including the ability to integrate with a third-party cloud directory providers such as Azure AD. Additionally, the Authentication Provider can be configured to authenticate your user if you don’t have a cloud directory provider or if you have users who are not part of your directory that need access to FASTER Web.
· Fuel Import > Process Errors: You can now verify the asset information and then modify the changes as per the error description.

· Asset > History: You can now see when markup is included in the Managing Asset Life Cycle Details section.
The capitalized cost displayed on the asset record does not include any markup. However, on a work order, the cost of a capitalized repair will include markup, if you have configured one.

· Setup > Mass Update: Contact Mass Add/Update is added to Setup Module.
You can use the Mass Add/Update Contact feature to add the same Contact multiple times to the same asset and can also manage the Contact if they were responsible for the asset for different time ranges in the past.

· Assets > Asset Record: You can now add a Parent and Child asset from different departments.
You can either reassign Child asset to Parent asset's department or keep child asset's department unchanged.

· Inventory > Inventory Item Request: Allow user to note an Inventory Item Request is On Order.
A new status On Order is set to communicate that the part request is in On Order status to avoid multiple users ordering the same part simultaneously. The status of the order can be set from "Requested" or "Reserved" and will allow the user to move to "Reserved" or "Issued".

· Inventory and Maintenance: The quantity of the items ordered is now displayed in On Order Quantity below the Available quantity in the following pages of the application: Inventory > Issue Requested Item, Maintenance > Work Order > Parts > Issue Part, Maintenance > Direct charge > Parts > Issue Part, Maintenance > Work Order > Parts > Part List.
· MotorPool > Reservations: MotorPool Reservation application is now mobile responsive.
MotorPool Reservation application is put through a tech stack change to support mobile responsiveness making it device independent, and so is the In Product Help.
· Setup > Web API User: If the Authentication Provider integration is enabled, the Web API Users does not require an email validation.
All the users in FASTER Web use the Authentication Provider except the Web API users. If a user is restricted to use only Web API (Restrict to Web API is checked), the email address is not required for that user. However, the person associated with that user must have a unique email address.

· Reports: A note "This report is designed to run for 1 to 3 months range. Increasing the date range may result in the report taking several minutes to run." is added to W305 and W307 reports.
· Reports > Standard reports : Added a new Asset Contact Report, which displays the asset list along with the Contact Name added to the asset.

· Inventory: If a part request is issued, then the part is returned to inventory from the WO, part request changes back to 'Requested' status.
When a user cancels an item request which has reserved items or do not have any reserved items, a message will be sent to technician for request cancellation and item release. If the request is completed, no message is sent.
· A list of updated template fields for different types of email templates is added in the In Product Help.

· Reports: W222 report to provide warning if Go Live Date is not set.
· Setup: Setup module's left panel updated to group applications in a clearer manner.
· In Product Help: Documentation has been updated to identify the Asset History fields that are updated for each Fuel Mapping Cost Setup.
The FASTER Web In Product Help now includes the Asset History UI fields that are populated based on Fuel Mapping Cost Categories and Fuel Types in Asset Fuel History Qty Reference.

· Setup > Mass Update: Updated Asset Mass Update to improve filtering and usability.
In the Asset Mass Update feature, filtering of fields is improved to make it more usable.
· Setup > Mass Update: Updated Inventory Mass Update to improve filtering and usability.
In the Inventory Mass Update feature, filtering of fields is improved to make it more usable.
· Setup > Users: In user grid, in the email column, now you can sort user by email ID and identify which users do not have email IDs or find duplicate email IDs. You can also click the Full name of a user and view its details.

· MotorPool > Key Box Integration: Key box integration will only send reservations to KEYper that pertain to key box pool locations.
When you perform any reservation operation on the MotorPool application, the reservation data will be pushed to Key Box only if the Key box is integrated with MotorPool application, the Reservations Pick up and Return locations have Location Type as Key Box Operation, and the value is set to Key Box System Name.
· MotorPool > Reservations: If no Terms and Conditions are configured, the Terms and Conditions link is removed. The terms and conditions link displays a blank page in Make Reservations > Create a new reservation. So, it is removed as the terms and conditions are no longer required.
· MotorPool Operations portal: Rephrased transaction error message and make it easier to understand for end user.
The error message ''Server failed to fulfill a valid request due to an error with server'' is updated to "Operation could not be completed. Please try again."
· MotorPool > Setup: Added new column "Action" in search person grid.
While searching a person during User creation, a column header Action is added to sort the person records based on the performed Action.
