New Configuration Features:

·     Authentication Provider Integration
This add-on integration provides authentication options for FASTER Web including the ability to integrate with a third-party cloud directory providers such as Azure AD or Azure AD + SAML. Additionally, the Authentication Provider can be configured to authenticate your users if you don’t have a cloud directory provider or if you have users who are not part of your directory that need access to FASTER Web.

New Features & Enhancements:

·     Vehicle Equivalency Unit Analysis: Vehicle equivalency is a measurement system that provides a metric to analyze the maintenance history and predict the maintenance requirements of a fleet, regardless of its composition and size. To calculate vehicle equivalency units and technicians needed for each vehicle equivalency unit class, user can configure and schedule the VEU analysis run.

§      VEU Analysis History > Email notification: You will receive an email notification when the VEU run is completed.

§      Accounting > Manage Closeout Process > VEU Analysis tab: Created permissions to support Closeout Vehicle Equivalency Unit Schedule.

§      Accounting > Manage Closeout Processes > Manage VEU Settings:

o     Validations are set on 'Manage VEU Settings' pop up for VECs configuration and Baseline.

o     You can view the calculations of Average Labor Hours and Average Age of Assets for Vehicle Equivalency Class.

§      Setup > Application setup: You can set the status of a VEU class as obsolete or available and can also delete it.

§      Assets > Fields>  Class: You can select a VEU class from the drop down and associate it with each VEU Class.

§      Assets > Advanced Search: You can now search for the assets using Vehicle Equivalency Class.

·      Reports > Standard > Assets: Added three new Asset reports:

§      W101 - Asset Record Printout: Displays the details from Master, Life Cycle, Billing, Meters, Warranties, PM’s, SA’s, Parent, Child, History, Notes, and Contacts tabs of assets.

§      W151s - Asset History Summary with Multiple Meter Option: You can now view summary of asset costs for multiple meter types.

§      W156 - Vehicle Equivalency Report: Lets you know the number of vehicle equivalency units (VEU) and technicians needed for each vehicle equivalency unit class.

·      Reports > Standard > Inventory > W221 - Inventory Audit: Provides the details of items based on the selected audit type, such as price adjustments and order deletions.

·      API: The Post v1/Accounting/Documents/Adjustments Web API method is added for inserting accounting billing adjustments in FASTER Web.

·      Inventory > Processing Item Requests: On the Item Requests from Technician page, the Modified By column is added to show who has put an Item Request On Order.

·      Technician Workstation > Change Work Order Status > Work Order Repair screen: When a technician changes the work order status, a "Service Complete" notification will be sent to the configured email for a customer.

·      Maintenance > Direct Charge: You can now create a Direct charge without contact details. In other words, Contact is no longer required to create a Direct charge.

·      Setup > Email Templates: The name and pick up email label are updated in the Service Template.

·      Setup > Maintenance: The Maintenance Shop drop down will show only Available and User-assigned Maintenance shops.

Other Fixes:

·      Setup > Administrative Setup > Email Administration > Managing Email Templates: Updated reports to accept up to 150 characters in the  Financial Reference number.

·     Reports:

§      W150 - Asset History Report and W150s - Asset History Summary reports: Included these missing parameters: Include Warranty in M & R and Include Markup? in these two reports.

§      W150 - Asset History Report: Updated report header to ASSET HISTORY COST AND QUANTITY.

§      W106 - Asset Contact Report: Added these new parameters: Department, Asset Shop, Year, Make, Model, Class, and Include Closed & Deleted Assets in this report.

·      Maintenance > Direct Charge: If you are creating a direct charge and department does not match the asset department, a warning message will be displayed.
