· API:
o A new endpoint is added to the existing AssetMeterReadings API for pulling meter reading data for assets in the FASTER Web application.
o A new API AssetPreventativeMaintenance is added to pull preventative maintenance records for assets in the FASTER Web application.
· Setup > Application Setup > Maintenance: A new feature for managing appointments for Maintenance Shop is added. You can now control the number of appointments that can be scheduled with Appointment Capacity. The appointments can be auto approved.

· Now, the system will not log the warnings when user logs in to the FASTER Web application and will not show up in the W603 report.
· Now, the Work Order gets deleted even if there are multiple meter transactions available for the work order on the same date and time.
· Now, user can create a new Direct Charge on a department and then verify an asset of the same department.
· Now, the PM due with negative value will only be displayed in red color. The PM value with a '-' will not be displayed in red.
· Now, the updated/edited component description in the Setup > Application Setup > Maintenance > Repair Codes > Component will be displayed in the grid filter.
· Reports > Standard Reports >
o Inventory Received Report: New parameters are added to display Inventory Received details.
o Assets > Asset Replacement Report: A new parameter "Include Markup" is added.
o Maintenance > Work Order and Direct Charge Audit: A new parameter Document Type is added.
