New Features & Enhancements:

· Asset Utilization: Now, you can add asset utilization data for assets. You can search, add, edit, delete, approve, and reject asset utilization records.

· Vehicle Characteristic Import: Now, you can import a CSV file from SFTP source folder to FASTER Web database with vehicle details. The Integration will either insert a new entry in Custom Specification Table or update the existing records quantity based on the Asset Number, Category, Type, and Name fields. The integration imports the file with the prefix as per the configuration.

· Asset Utilization Export: Asset Utilization Export Integration lets you export asset utilization details in the .xlsx file. The .CSV, .DAT, and .TXT exports are also supported.

· Reports > Standard Reports: Added the following new reports:

o W302 - Work Order Cost: This report displays information about the work order and the costs added on it.

o W598 - Potential Billing Account Setup Issues: This report displays the assets having the potential billing account setup issues. e.g. assets that do not have accounts or Financial Reference Number associated with it and the accounting charge type percentages for Asset Override, Department Override, Organization are less than 100%.

Other Fixes:

· Reservation Details: Now, the correct pick-up date and time details are displayed while modifying vehicle meter reading on MotorPool Operations and Reservations portals.

· Inventory Transaction Details: Now, the parts received and issue dates are matching with reports.

· Fuel Transactions: Now, appropriate error messages are displayed for the assets that are available in multiple organizations.

· Billing Report: Now, billing adjustments are done automatically for other cost when you add part issue, labor, and sublet.

· Asset Templates: No Warning message is displayed while adding PM which is in PM hierarchy.
