Adding Maintenance Shop Picklist Value

The Add Picklist Value dialog box lets you add a new maintenance shop to the Maintenance Shop picklist field.

Tip

To view the Add Picklist Value dialog box, click the Add Picklist Value link.

To add a maintenance shop picklist value

1.    Open the Maintenance Fields page.

2.    Click the View link next to the Maintenance Shop field.

The Maintenance Shop picklist page opens.

3.    Click Add New Item.

The Add Picklist Value dialog box opens.

4.    In the Maintenance Shop box, type a maintenance shop that you want to add to the Maintenance Shop list.

5.    In the Shop Description box, type a description about the maintenance shop.

6.    In the Productivity Percentage box, type the productivity percentage of the shop.

7.    In the Approval Threshold Amount box, type the amount of the approval threshold.

8.    In the Appointment Default Duration list, select the default duration of an appointment.

Note:

·       Based on the appointment default duration selected, the appointments are displayed on the Calendar page of the Maintenance module.

·       You can also configure the following optional fields:

  • To set a maximum budgeted amount that can be allowed for a work order, enter the amount in the Approval Threshold Amount box. If the total cost of the work order exceeds the specified amount, spending authorization is required while creating the work order.

  • To make the maintenance shop available for appointments on holidays, select the Include Holidays check box.

  • To enable the Customer Portal users to schedule appointments beyond the selected start time and end time of the maintenance shop, select the Allow After Hours Appointment/s check box.

  • To make the maintenance shop available for appointments in specific days and time, in the Maintenance Shop Availability section, select the days and the appropriate start time and end time.

If you want the maintenance shop to be available for 24 hours on one or more specific day (s), select the 24 Hours check box. After selecting this check box, the Start Time and End Time fields for the corresponding days are disabled.

9.    In the Default Sublet Markup box, type the default markup percentage amount for the maintenance shop.

10.  In the Appointment Capacity box, type the capacity of the appointments.

Note:

·       Minimum value for capacity is 1 and maximum is 999.

·       This setting is applicable to all the time slots for the maintenance shop.

·       A new check box ‘Auto-Approve Appointment’ will be enabled if the Appointment Capacity is set. All the appointments created either from the Customer Portal or Maintenance > Calendar are automatically approved.

·       An appointment cannot be created if the appointment count reaches to appointment capacity configured for maintenance shop.

·        

 

11.  Select the Auto Approve Appointment box, to auto-approve the appointment raised by the customer.
