Viewing and Modifying a Task List

You can view and modify the task list for a work order.

Tip

To view the My Work Order Repair page, click the My Work Order Repair link.

To view a task list associated with a Work Order
  1. At the top of the Work Order Repair screen, click Task List.

Note:

  • You can modify the task list for a work order, only if the spending limit for that work order is not exceeded.
  • If you click the Task List button and the work order cost reaches its limit, the TWSWeb message box is displayed to request authorization for the exceeded spending limit by sending an email to the approver.
  • Only after the spending limit is approved, you can view and modify a task list.

   

  My Repair Task List

  1. In the Task List screen, check any appropriate notations under Status/ Result. Click the Save button at the bottom to save your changes.
  2. For details, click the Show Instructions button on the right. Click Hide Instructions to go back to the previous view.
  3. To add a comment, select a task and click the Add Comment button on the right.
  1. To print this list, click the Print button at the bottom right of the screen. This will generate a dialog box specific to your computer.
  2. Click Back To My Repair to close the task list. Be sure you have saved any changes you wish to keep.
