Viewing Repair Notes

You can view the Repair Notes added to the Work Order in the FASTER Web.

To view a Repair Notes added to the work Order

1. In the Repair Information section,  of the Work Order Repair screen, click Repair Notes.
   

The Repair Notes window opens.

2. In the Search Subject box, type a subject for the Repair Note you want to search.
3. The Repair Notes for the Work Order will be listed. Click Show to view the notes.
   The Repair Note dialog box opens.
   
4. Click Close to close the Repair Note dialog box.
5. Click Back to My Repair to close the Repair Notes window and open the My Work Order Repair.
