My User Account

The My User Account page is divided into following sections:

My Profile

The My Profile section displays the following information about the profile assigned to your user account:

If your user account is configured to sign in using active directory credentials or Authentication Provider credentials, the following sections are displayed differently:

Note: The information in the active directory is updated when the active directory is synced with FASTER.

Identification Information

To view and edit your identification information

  1. Sign in to FASTER Web using your employee credentials.

  1. In the Identification Information section, click the Edit Identification Information link.

  2. In the Edit Identification Information dialog box, modify the information.

Required fields are marked by a red *.

Password Security Question and Answer

To view and edit your security question
  1.  In the Password Security Question and Answer section, click the Edit Security Question link.
  2. In the Edit Security Question dialog box, type your password in the Password box, and then click Continue.
  3. In the Custom Question and Answer boxes, modify the question and answer, respectively, as required.
  4. When you are finished, click one of the following:

Time Zone

To view and edit your time zone
  1. In the Time Zone section, click the Edit Time Zone link .
  2. In the Edit Time Zone dialog box, select a zone in the Time Zone list.
