The History tab records and maintains the history of an item that includes issuing the item, receiving, returning, and transferring the item, unit cost, shipping cost, and the extended cost of the item. You can view an item's history for a specific calendar year or a fiscal year.
Tip
To view the History tab, click the History link.
1. In the Inventory module, search and view an item record.
2. Click the History tab.
3. In the Year box, type the year for which you want to view the item's history.
4. In the Reporting Year Style list, select the reporting year style as calendar year or fiscal year.
5. Click Show History.
The item history for the selected year is displayed.
Note: · You can click · The Converted Qty column displays the quantity of items received from the conversion utility. The Converted Qty column is visible only when the quantity of items received from conversion utility is more than zero. The column is not updated by any transactions done from the FASTER Web application. · For a fuel item that is associated to the Fuel Vendor Mapping:

You can export the Search Results grid in the following formats:
· Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
· Microsoft Word (.docx)
· Comma-Separated Values (.csv)
1. Click the Microsoft Excel ( ), Microsoft Word (
), or Comma-Separate Value (
) icon in the upper-right corner of the Search Results grid.
The File Download dialog box opens prompting you to Open, Save, or Cancel.
2. Click Save.
The Save As dialog box is displayed with the File Type of the selected format.
3. Browse to the desired location, specify a file name, and then click Save.
The Search Results grid is saved in the specified format at the specified location.
