Searching and Displaying Repairs from Last Work Order

When you sign in to TWS, a list of your active repairs is displayed.

Tip

To view the Search and Display Repairs from Last Work Order page, click the Show Repairs from My Last Work Order link.

Note:

If you have not yet created a PIN, you may be prompted to do so at this time.
If the repair you are looking for is not in the list, you can click on the Search Repair or Show Repairs from my Last Work Order buttons to the right of the screen.
If you are already working on a specific repair and the work order cost associated with that repair exceeds the spending limit, the TWSWeb message box is displayed to request authorization for the exceeded spending limit by sending an email to the approver.
Only after the spending limit is approved, you can view the repair.

Search Repairs

Sign In to TWS.
Click on the Search Repairs button to the right of the screen.
In the Search Repairs dialog box, click the button for your preference under Show Only.
Input information for at least one search parameter, Asset Number, License, or VIN/Serial Number.
Click the Search button or, to close the dialog box, click the Cancel button.

To display repairs from your last work order, Sign In to TWS and click on the Show Repairs from My Last Work Order button to the right of the screen.
