This landing page chart displays the total Asset count in comparison with the Assets that are currently not in use. This information is displayed only for the top 20 Departments in an organization. The top 20 departments are categorized based on number of assets in each department.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and see detailed information about the list of Assets along with the year, make and model of each Asset displayed in a grid. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the dollar value of items issued by storeroom in the specified time period. This chart also displays the comparison of issued stock items vs non-stock items of the selected storeroom.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and view detailed information about the list of items in the storeroom along with the issued quantity and issued amount. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the dollar value of items received by storeroom in the specified time period. This chart also displays the comparison of received stock items vs non-stock items of the selected storeroom.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and view detailed information about the list of items in the storeroom along with the received quantity and received amount. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the open work orders by number of hours that the work order is open, and the status of the open work orders.
The three horizontal bars in the chart provide the following information:
· The yellow bar displays the total active Work Orders in the past 24 hours
· The orange bar displays the total Work Orders that are active for more than 24 hours and less than 48 hours.
· The red bar displays the Work Orders that are active for more than 48 hours.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and see detailed information about the list of all the Asset numbers and Document numbers. You can further drill into any of the Asset number and Document number to view the detailed Asset Master tab or Work Order Master tab in a new window. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the quantity of all fuel types such as diesel and ethanol dispensed in the past 365 days by a fuel site.
You can click any value in the chart to view the chart that displays carbon output summary of the current year in comparison with the carbon output summary of the previous year. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the total quantity of each fuel type dispensed in the past 30 days. The chart displays fuel quantity along with the cost of each fuel type.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and view the quantity and cost of fuel dispensed by each fuel site. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
This landing page chart displays the expended and encumbered expenses made with the top 20 vendors in the past 30 days.
· Expended - Displays the amount spent on items received.
· Encumbered - Displays the amount held for items which are ordered but not yet received.
You can click any value in the chart to drill down and view the detailed information about list of Purchase Orders/ Credit Cards and the cost totals. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
You can choose to maintain accounts in the Accounting module of FASTER Web or in the generic System Default Account that includes unlimited funds, and a default budget year 3000. The setting to maintain accounts is configured in the Accounting Settings section of the Setup module.

The Accounting landing page displays the Top 5 Accounts by Expenditure chart when you choose to maintain all the accounts in the Accounting module of FASTER Web.

· Expended - The orange bar displays the amount spent on items received.
· Encumbrances - The blue bar displays the amount held for items which are ordered but not yet received.
Click the Expended and Encumbrances bars to view the details of Purchase order or Credit card number, Budget Year, Encumbered, Expended and Budgeted Amount. After viewing the detailed information, click the Back link to go back to the chart.
· Budgeted - The green bar displays the total budgeted amount for the account.
The Accounting landing page displays the Current Billing Cost vs. Revenue chart when you choose the generic System Default Account to maintain accounts. This landing page chart is based on billing, therefore the chart displays Cost vs Revenue (Revenue = Cost + Mark Up).
The Current Billing Cost vs. Revenue chart displays the following:
· One bar (Cost) for the following cost categories:
§ Labor
§ Other Cost
§ Fixed Cost
· Two bars (Cost, and Cost + Markup) for the following cost categories:
§ Parts
§ Sublet
§ Fuel
