Comeback Repairs, Vendor Compliance, and Inventory Turn
Comeback Repairs
This KPI displays the number of comeback repairs within 30 days of the original repair. The first drill down is a list of the repair, asset, original work order and comeback work order.
The parameters (*required) are as follows:
- Time Range (in days)* - The range of time from the present to the number of days you input.
- Shop Without Comebacks - Check to include shops without comebacks.
- Repair Group Code - Choose which Group codes to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Repair Component Code - Choose which component codes to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Maintenance Shops - Choose which Work Order shops to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
Vendor Compliance
This KPI displays a list of vendors and number of orders placed after the estimated delivery date. The drill-down displays order numbers and outstanding days.
The parameters are as follows:
- Time Range (in days)* - The range of time from the present to the number of days you input.
- Vendor - Choose vendor to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
Inventory Turn
Inventory turns are calculated by comparing the total cost of issues over the year specified to the total current value of stocked items. This KPI displays the cost of inventory issued through work orders divided by the value of current inventory. This measures number of times inventory is turned in a specified number of days.
The parameters (*required) are as follows:
- Threshold Value* - Set this to the number of turns you wish to measure within the time range you specify.
- Time Range (in days)* - The range of time from the present to the number of days you input.
