PM Compliance, Cost Per Meter and Utilization
PM Compliance
This KPI shows the PM compliance by department. The first drill down level will display all PM services found for equipment in the selected department. The second drill down will show the equipment number, company and compliance percentage for the selected department and selected PM service.
Preventative Maintenance can be due by date, by meter value (miles, hours, kilometers, etc) or by consumption of fuel.
The Parameters (*required) are as follows:
- Threshold Value* - Set this to a percentage value you wish to see up to 100% of. For example, if this is set to 90%, the dashboard will show data reflecting 90% PM compliance.
- Time Range (in days)* - The range of time from the present to the number of days you input.
- Show Only Below Threshold - Check this box to see data below the threshold reflected in the chart.
- Highlight Below Threshold - Check this box to get a highlighted visual indication when below the threshold.
- Due (In Percentage) - Type the percentage of time the PM by fuel consumption is due.
- Due (In Days) - Type the number of days the PM by meter values is due.
- Department - Choose department to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
Cost Per Meter
This KPI is a summary of vehicle cost per meter traveled by class. The first drill down lists the Asset Number, Asset Organization, and the Cost Per Meter (CPM).
The Parameters are as follows:
- Default Meter Type - Select the meter type you wish to include.
- Asset Organizations - Choose equipment company to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Asset Status - Choose equipment status to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Class Codes - Choose exclusive class codes to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Departments - Choose exclusive departments to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
- Cost Type - Choose exclusive cost types to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
The Cost Type parameter has a value of Maintenance Cost. This is a summary of items and labor for PM's only. Meaning that including it can cause the PM costs to double if items and labor are already selected. It is helpful, however, to use it to see the PM CPM but should be used by itself and not in conjunction with items and labor.
Utilization
This KPI is a summary of usage by class. The first drill down will list the Asset number, Organization and Usage.
The Parameters (*required) are as follows:

- Asset Organizations - Choose equipment company to include. By default, the dashboard is set to include all.
