The Reservations Import for Billing utility is an add-on that lets you import the reservation data and create new reservations with reservation status as Closed in the MotorPool application.
The utility fetches the CSV file that contains the reservation data from a configured network path and reads the data of the file. After reading and validating the data of the file, the reservation data is imported and new reservations are created with reservation status as Closed in the MotorPool application. The processed CSV file is moved to the configured archive folder and any errors occurred during the execution are displayed in the Integration Logs table.

Note: · The Reservation Import for Billing utility is included during the installation of FASTER Web and has an Add-on activation key. · The Reservations Import for Billing utility imports only Comma-Separated Values (.csv) file format. · If any error occurs during the utility execution process, the reservation data is not imported into the MotorPool application. |
· Permission to access the Integrations Console is required.
· In the MotorPool application, create the required reservation setup for a successful reservation import integration.
