Running the Reservation Import for Billing

You can run the MotorPool Reservation Import for Billing utility manually or schedule it to run on a predefined time.

As a prerequisite to run the MotorPool Reservation Import for Billing utility, configure the values in the Configuration Setup dialog box as described in the Configuring the Reservation Import for Billing  topic.

To run the utility manually

  1. Sign in to the FASTER Web application with a valid User name and Password.

  1. Click the Integrations module.

The Integrations Console page opens.

  1. In the Reservation Import for Billing integration, click the Execute link.

During the execution, the utility reads and validates the reservation data records of the CSV file, and imports them into the MotorPool application to create reservations with Closed reservation status.

Note:

·      The date and status (Success or Failure) of the last execution of the utility is updated in the Last Execution Date and Last Execution Status columns of the Integration Console section.

·      In the Last Execution Status column, click the status link next to the Reservation Import for Billing integration to view the Integrations Logs window.
