Running the Asset Export utility

You can run the Asset Export utility manually or schedule it to run on a predefined time.

As a prerequisite to run the Asset Export utility, configure the values in the Configuration Setup dialog box as described in the Configuring Asset Export topic.

To run the utility manually

  1. Sign in to the FASTER Web application with a valid User name and Password.

  1. Click the Integrations module.

The Integrations Console page opens.

  1. In the Asset Export integration, click the Execute link.

During the execution, the utility reads and validates the reservation data records of the CSV file, and exports them into the database of Anne Arundel .

Note:

·      The date and status (Success or Failure) of the last execution of the utility is updated in the Last Execution Date and Last Execution Status columns of the Integration Console section.

·      In the Last Execution Status column, click the status link next to the Asset Export integration to view the Integrations Logs window.
