Managing Task List

The task list is a set of instructions or steps listed for a specific asset repair. The technicians working on a repair can follow the task list created for that repair. The technicians can view the task list on Technician Workstation (TWS) portal.

While creating a task list, you must specify an Association Type, a Repair Type, and the Asset Organizations. The Association Type includes the asset number, asset year-make-model and asset class.

The Manage Task List page lets you:

·       Search and View Task Lists

·       Add a Task List

·       Edit a Task List

·       Delete or Obsolete a Task List
