TipThe Maintenance Shop page lets you view, configure, and manage the productivity percentage, default duration for each appointment, and days and time in each day when the maintenance shop is available to take appointments. Based on the day and time configurations, the maintenance shop calendar is made available to the Customer Portal user or the FASTER Web user to schedule appointments.
On the Maintenance Shop page, you can perform the following:
· Viewing Maintenance Shop Picklist Value
· Adding Maintenance Shop Picklist Value
· Editing Maintenance Shop Picklist Value

To view the picklist page of the Maintenance Shop field, click the Maintenance shop link.
