Addresses

The Addresses section lets you to add, edit, and delete the vendor addresses.

 

Tip

To view the Addresses section, click the Address  link.

Adding a Vendor Address

To add  a vendor address
  1. Search and view a vendor that you want to edit.
  2. In the Standard Specification > Contacts section of the Master tab, click Add New Address.

    Note: Required fields are marked with a red *.

  3. In the Add New Contact dialog box, do the following:

a.    In the Address Type list, select the address type of the vendor.

b.    In the Country list, select the country of the vendor.

c.     In the State/Province/Region list, select the state, district, or region of the vendor.

Note:

Optionally, you can do the following:

·       In the Street/Building/PO Box box, type the street number, building number, or post office information number of the vendor.

·       In the Zip Code box, type zip code of the area.

·       In the City box, type city name.

·       In the Start Date box, select the date when you created a vendor contact.

·       In the End Date box, select the date when you stop to use vendor contact as a current contact.

Editing a Vendor Address

To edit a vendor address
  1. Search and view a vendor that you want to edit.
  2. In the Standard Specification > Address section of the Master tab, in the address grid, in the Actions column, click the Edit link next  to the  address that you want to edit.
  3. In the  Edit Address dialog box, make the required  changes.
  4. Click one of the following:

Deleting a Vendor Address

To delete a vendor address
  1. Search and view a vendor that you want to edit.
  2. In the Standard Specification > Address section of the Master tab, in the address grid, in the Actions column, click the Delete link.
  3. In the next dialog box, click one of the following:
