Contacts
From the Contacts section you can view and edit contact details of the vendor. You can update new contact details of the vendor. You can select the Current Contact, Past contacts, and All Contacts from the Show Contacts drop-down list.
By default, only current contact is listed. When the end date is less than the current date on a contact record, it shows as a past contact. An End Date helps to separate the past contacts and current contacts.
If there are contacts that you do not want display on the contact data grid, but keep these contacts as a historical data, edit the contact and add an End Date as a past date. Hence, you can keep records of these contacts.
