Fuel Meter Override Review Report

Purpose

A list of posted Fuel Transactions with their posted meter readings. Use this report to:

• Verify which vehicles or employees are not providing accurate meter readings during the fueling process.
• Verify the fueling meter history of the vehicle.
• Determine accuracy of meter readings provided to the fleet.

Provides

• Fuel transaction number, posted and transaction dates and times, override type, meter reading and type and where the transaction originated from, for all transactions where the posted date is within the specified date range.

• An option to choose the type of override, or all invalid, or all transactions whether they have an override or not.

When to Run

As needed.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report

1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

2. In the Fuel section, click Fuel Meter Override Review Report.

3. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

4. Click the View Report button in the upper right of the screen.
5. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
6. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
7. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top of the screen.

Exporting the Report

Steps to export a report to another program

1. Click the Export button.
2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
