Non-Fueled Assets

Purpose

A list of vehicles not fueled in a specified date range. Use this report to:

• Verify a vehicle has not purchased fuel within a given date range.
• Identify possible under use of vehicles.
• Identify possible misuse of outside fueling vendors.

Provides

Equipment number and description, meter type and reading, fuel type, and last date fueled.

When to Run

Monthly.

Running the Report

Steps to view a report

1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

2. In the Fuel section, click Non-Fueled Assets.

3. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

4. Click the View Report button in the upper right of the screen.
5. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
6. Search by a keyword using the Find/Next box at the top of the screen.
7. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top of the screen.  

Exporting the Report

Steps to export a report to another program

1. Click the Export button.
2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
