PM Labor Percentage

Running the Report

Steps to view a report
  1. Click the Reports tab.

The Standard window opens.

  1. In the Maintenance section, click PM Labor Percentage.

  2. In the new window, select or enter the appropriate parameters.

Required parameters are indicated by an *.

Note:

·       Selecting the report parameter Include Accident, Capital and Warranty Repairs in PM Percentages? allows you to include or exclude the accident, capital, and warranty hours and costs in the PM percentage calculations. For example:

  • If you select Yes from the Include Accident, Capital and Warranty Repairs in PM Percentages? parameter, and the total hours including the accident, capital, and warranty repairs are 108 and PM hours are 22, then the PM hours in percentage is calculated as: (22/108)*100= 20.37%

  • If you select No from the Include Accident, Capital and Warranty Repairs in PM Percentages? parameter and the total hours excluding the accident, capital, and warranty repairs are 100 and PM hours are 22, then the PM hours in percentage is calculated as: (22/100)*100= 22%

·       The calculated percentages are displayed in the PM Hours and PM Cost columns. This parameter does not impact the ACC/CAP/WAR Hours and ACC/CAP/WAR Costs columns in the report.

 

  1. Click on the View Report button.
  2. Page through the document using the controls in the upper left.
  3. Search by a keyword using the Find/ Next box at the top of the screen.
  4. To update the information on the page, click the Refresh button at the top right of the screen.

  1. Click the Export button.  
  2. Select the appropriate format.

This will generate a File dialogue box specific to your computer.
